Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Illawarra Youth Arts Project Annual General Meeting will be held on the 26th of July, 2015 at 7pm. All current committee members will be absolved of all duties and positions, and elections will take place for the 2015-2016 committee. All committee positions will be up for election, and any financial member of iYAP who is over the age of 16 may stand for election. To stand for election or to become a financial member of iYAP, please email us at iyapteam@gmail.com to receive a nomination form. All nominations must be received by the 25th July, 2015. Any current financial members of iYAP are able to attend the AGM. DETAILS: Venue: Five Islands Secondary College, in the main school hall Time: 7pm-8pm Positions Available:
